The Rivers State House of Assembly has formally invited nine commissioner-nominees to submit their credentials as part of the process for their confirmation and possible appointment into the Rivers State Executive Council.
In a Government Special Announcement dated Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and signed by the Clerk of the House, Emeka Amadi, PhD, the Assembly directed the nominees to forward forty (40) sets of their Curriculum Vitae (CV), photocopies of academic and professional credentials, as well as evidence of compliance with tax obligations.
The announcement, issued from the Assembly Complex on Moscow Road, Port Harcourt, underscores the next critical step in the constitutionally mandated screening process for the formation of the State Executive Council.
