Okrika Youths Hold Maiden Prayer, Thanksgiving for Fubara, Rivers State

The maiden edition of the Okrika Youths for Sim Prayer and Thanksgiving Meeting has been described as a resounding success, as young people from Okrika gathered in unity to pray for Siminalayi Fubara and the continued peace and development of Rivers State.

The event, which brought together a large number of youths, featured moments of worship, intercession, and thanksgiving, with participants offering prayers for Governor Fubara and seeking divine guidance for the progress of the state.
Organisers of the initiative said the gathering was aimed at fostering unity among youths in Okrika while promoting a culture of prayer and civic responsibility. They expressed gratitude for what they described as an impressive turnout and the strong sense of togetherness that characterised the meeting.

According to the organisers, the passion and commitment demonstrated by participants underscored the readiness of young people to play a positive role in the growth and stability of Rivers State.
They further announced plans to reconvene in April for another edition of the prayer and thanksgiving meeting, expressing optimism that the momentum generated by the maiden event would be sustained.

The organisers also appreciated all those who contributed to the success of the programme, noting that the initiative represents a collective effort to seek spiritual support for leadership and the overall development of the state.
